The other day I felt totally guilty for not awaring the severity of the condition.
I was deeply saddened.
One thing I wanna remind other people whenever u see a CVA/ICB patient who has GCS dropping, when your MO does not plan properly, don't wait for him to come. YOU MUST INFORM STRAIGHTAWAY whether for intubation or resuscitation.
There goes one case I finally realise how important it is to assess GCS and most importantly, don't wait when the GCS is dropping!
ARGHHHHHHH.... Let me shout out loudly.... WALAOYYEH!!!!!!! DEAR GOD, WHY YOU CHOOSE ME?
